A Bit About Me
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). I have worked in various settings with individuals who have experienced anxiety, depression, stress, and trauma. I have a special interest in working with clients struggling with self-esteem issues, perfectionism, control issues, loneliness,“ the need to please” and “finding purpose”. Helping millennials struggling with "quarter-life crisis" is one of my superpowers, adulting can be hard. I am nationally certified in Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) which is a trauma-focused therapy. Traumatic experiences can include various forms of abuse and childhood issues.
wHAT I LOVE TO DO
I have witnessed the healing effects of treatment in my extensive work with individuals. It is a huge step to even be on this site searching for help, you can be “strong” and still need "help". Today you are one step closer and I will walk with you on your journey.
