Seeing a psychotherapist every week is an investment!
The reward is great! You’re able to cope better with life’s challenges, you don’t feel as stuck, and you have a stronger sense of who you are in the world. That’s what we call a return on investment/ ROI.
Self Pay
You may self-pay for therapy services. This option is for those that may not have insurance or choose not to use their insurance. Sessions start as low as $80, we have a limited number of slots for this rate, this is our Affordable/ Sliding Scale rate. Session rates range from $80-$200.

About Insurance
Urban Healing Counseling, PLLC accepts Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS), Cigna, and Aetna. Please call the number on the back of your insurance card to inquire how much your copay would be. We can also verify your benefits as a courtesy. We will advise you of your service fee/ copay.

For clients that have an insurance carrier other than BCBS:
We do not bill Out of Network (OON) claims. Per your request, Urban Healing Counseling, PLLC will provide you with a superbill. These superbills are really just a bill for services you've received and paid for. They have all of the information that your insurance company will need to consider reimbursing you for the sessions you paid for out of pocket. Urban Healing Counseling, PLLC doesn't have any control over whether or not you are eligible for reimbursement.
Payment
We accept Cash, Debit cards, HSA/FSA cards, & Credit Cards. Payment is expected at the time of service or before. You will be invoiced for services. Contact us at admin@urbanhealingcounseling.com for details.
